Joyce Carolyn Norman

She came to Brevard County in 1992 from Long Island, NY.

She worked as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years and loved caring for others.

Joyce was a nurse and proud community volunteer. She spent countless number of hours advocating for positive community change and advocating for the education of children in Brevard County.

She stressed the importance of respect, honesty and education.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Lucy Huff and Donald Huff; and her sister, Lucy Pandolfo.

Joyce was a loving and proud mother whose joy in life was her children and granddaughter.

Joyce is survived by her daughter Salena Burden and her son-in law, Christopher Burden; granddaughter, Aralynn Burden; Daughter Raechel Norman; brother in law, Anthony Pandolfo; sister, Mary Hyde and brother in law Kelly Hyde; her children’s father Leslie Norman; many nieces and nephew.

Calling hours begin at 4:30pm, followed by a Memorial Service at 5:30pm on Friday July 17, 2015 at Fountainhead Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida 32909.
