She was born in Powelltown, WV. In 1936 to Homer Angus and Macel Grounds Angus.
Kay was preceded in death by her parents Homer and Macel, her husband Carl Vugrinec, her son Robert Angus and her siblings, Homer Jr., Gene, Dwight, Russ, Jackie, Lula, and Midge. She is survived by one sister Pam Kupczyk and one brother-in law Ray Kupczyk, along with many nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Kay will be held Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Malabar, 1665 Malabar Rd, Malabar, FL 32950. A funeral service will occur Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 11:00 AM. A committal will occur Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 12:30 PM at Fountainhead Memorial Park, 7303 Babcock St SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909.
