Kevin was born in Flushing, NY on August 9, 1990 to Teresita Pemberty and Orlando Restrepo Garzon. Kevin has two siblings, an older brother Diego Pemberty and a younger sister Paola Restrepo. Kevin grew up in Queens, NY, until the age of 10 when he moved to Florida. Kevin went to Palm Bay High School and then continued to Jobs Corp to finish training. He was self- employed and worked on lawns and home maintenance. He really enjoyed fishing, cars, and the shooting range. Kevin’s pride and joy was his motorcycle that he named “Sara”.
Kevin is survived by his mother Teresita Pemberty, his father Orlando Restrepo, his sister Paola Restrepo, his brother Diego Pemberty, his niece Penelope Willingham, and his nephew Phoenix Salas.
A memorial service will be held for Kevin at Fountainhead Funeral Home at 4 pm on February 4, 2022. Pastor Irving Grady will officiate.
