Mr. Manuel, We didn't know each other personally, only though Facebook and what a blessing that was for me. Every morning I looked forward to your beautiful msgs of strength, hope, love and light. Sometimes they were in Spanish and I didn't understand a word of it....but just knowing that it was coming from you, it ment something special...I was sure if it! You were loved by so many and will be missed by all who knew you. This isn't a goodbye, it's a I'll see you later, my friend!

I love you Tio Manuel
Even though you can't say it
I know you love me too.

I hope that you are in a happy place
with grandma and daddy.

My mind can't comprehend
Why God would choose to
Take you.

I hope you can hear me
And even if you can't
I want you to know
I will always love you and
You're always in my heart.

I will always miss the way you
would call me Sandalia.... :(

My wonderful uncle. I will miss you so much. Thank you for so many memories. Thank you for the conversations we had. Thank you for the blessing of this journey with you. I hope I was of help to you during this time. I hope I was able to provide for you the same love and care during this time as you provided for me that summer as a kid when I got sick. Thank you for the love you showed my children. They have such love for you and will miss you terribly.

Until we meet again..
As I told you that last day in hospice I love you and although you will be missed I’m glad you are no longer suffering.

Bendición Tío Manuel. Whenever I see beautiful flowers I will think of you.

Manuel (aka "Gullu" to the immediate family)...had a quality that very few people shared. He was a humble being whose richness was solely the love he had for his family.

What I will miss most is hearing his voice when we spoke on the phone. He touched all our hearts in so many different ways.

We lost a great cousin and friend, but the universe received a new beautiful star.
Rest in Peace my Cousin.

With Love Always,
Your Cousin Addie and Family
