Psalm 9:9
The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. It is very sad to say goodbye to someone we love because of their physical death. There are no words to soothe the pain you feel today for the unexpected passing of our dear Maria Corona. We all go through times of mourning and sadness when a loved one leaves us, but this is part of earthly life. Let us remember that in John 11:35 it tells us: Jesus also wept when he was told that his friend Lazarus had died. In this verse, Jesus' weeping is seen as a demonstration of his deep love for Lazarus and a profound empathy for the pain of his sisters, Mary and Martha, and his friends. It also highlights his humanity and his connection to the physical suffering caused by the departure of his friend. However, we must not allow sadness and mourning to take over our lives.
If you give God our Lord the chance, he will wipe away your tears, comfort your heart, and put a smile on your lips. These verses I just shared with you will help you express what you feel in your heart and receive words of comfort during this difficult time of pain and sadness. Dear Maria Corona, I will like to thank you for our friendship and for always reminding me that I was more than a friend to you, I was part of your family. Today  I just wanted to say goodbye, because  I have faith that we will meet again. Until we meet again, dear Maria Corona, rest in the peace of the Lord.

Corona was such a beautiful person inside and out.  She always greeted me with open arms and made me feel so loved; like family!  A truly amazing women with a kind heart and a spirit younger than her years.  Spending time with Corona was always a lot of fun. I adored her immensely and I am so grateful for the years of friendship.  I will cherish the memories, and all the funny family stories.  She will forever hold a special place in my heart.  Life is filled with challenging experiences and the loss of a parent is one of toughest. Wilma and Angel my heart aches for you both.  To the entire family I love you all and wish you peace and comfort as you navigate this challenging time. She will be deeply missed.  May she rest in eternal peace. ~Jenny~

I would like to express my condolences to the family in their time of grief, she is physically gone, but the love she carried for all those she knew will carry on forever for love never dies and that's what keeps us going. She was a lovely person I had the pleasure of meeting when I was a teenager.

I'm truly heartbroken and so sorry for your loss. Corona was such a caring and loving woman. I remember all those great times we had, from the get togethers at the Raleigh Hotel to the New Year's Eve parties in Co-op City. I hope you can find some comfort in all the amazing memories you shared and in knowing how much she was loved by everyone around her.

Corona was the kindest soul I ever met. She always made me feel like I was her daughter. She  was always smiling and laughed a lot at everything I said even if it wasn't funny.  She adored her family so much, her daughter, son-in law and grandkids, and many more. It came through so clear how important they were to her.  She is so loved and will be missed by so many people.  

How missed you are Corona may our Lord welcome you with open arms.
