Born in Wareham, Massachusetts, she finished her Bachelor's in Education and English at Bridgewater State College. She was employed as an activity director for 40 years in Massachusetts and Florida. In her retirement she enjoyed singing in the church choir and karaoke at the American Legion and the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Palm Bay, Florida. She was a member of the Nickerson Family Association, the Palm Bay Senior Center and past vice-president of the National Association for Activity Professionals. Pam was a mentor and teacher in her field and a friend to many.
She is survived by her spouse, William Joseph Bailey with whom she shared 28 years, and close cousins Brian Reed and Jill Lillie, both of Massachusetts.
