Pnina worked for the Israeli government when she accepted a transfer to NYC and worked for the Israeli Counselette. She had a NYC taxi medallion and drove cab before adventuring to Albany, NY to partner with a friend starting Bagel Bite, the second bagel shop in Albany. She later owned/operated 2 neighborhood gas stations on Western Ave for over 20 years. After "retiring" she worked for Walmart for over 15 years. She fully retired in 2019 and moved to Melbourne, FL. She was a very strong, smart, caring, witty woman, and loved by everyone she met. Her favorite saying when asked about her accent was "What accent? I don't have an accent."
She is survived by her daughter Nancy (Colton) Class, her son Steven "Chico" (Amy), grandchildren, Jessica & Joshua Class, Danielle and Gabrielle Lattman, 6 great-grandchildren, her brother Esser (Ora) Finkel, her sister Ruti (Avi) Merom, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
