Rafael was a member of Iglesia Cristiana Elohim in Malabar, Florida.
He is survived by his wife Carmen Vargas, daughter Madeline, his sons, Dixon, Rafi Velez, David Velez and Rafael Vargas, grand children Carilyn, Tiffany, Dixie, Dialai, dine, Delvis and Dixon.
A visitation for Rafael was be held Monday, June 15, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Fountainhead Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909. A graveside service was held Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Fountainhead Memorial Park, 7303 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909.
