Renee Marie Velez

April 21, 1967 - November 29, 2023

Renee’ Marie Velez, 56. Passed away peacefully at Palm Bay Hospital with her loving daughter Tabitha Lynn by her side on November 29, 2023.

She was born on Staten Island to Diana Lynn and Richard W. Borkowski, SR.

She graduated from Ralph McKee High School also on Staten Island. Where she met the love of her life Jesus Anthony Velez. They were happily married for 28 years until he passed away on June 16, 2017.

Renee’ was a secretary until she had her daughter Tabitha Lynn on November 26, 1990. After she returned to the workforce, she had various jobs. Until she had a bout with cancer in 2020. Which she concurred.

Renee’ is predeceased by her husband Jesus Anthony in 2017 and her father Richard W. Borkowski, SR in 2010.

She is survived by her loving daughter Tabitha Lynn and her boyfriend Juan Pinto, her mother Diana Lynn and her brother Richard W. Borkowski, JR, her grandmother Lucy Roberts and her roller skating partner Dawn Bartiromo.

Denise (Foot), Lori and Michelle who considered her as a second mom. She also had a special relationship with her cousin Sonja and her husband Bobby (JB).

However, the one person who put a twinkle in her eyes and a special place in her heart is Conner.

Visitation and funeral services will be held at Fountainhead Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909.

Visitation will be held on December 8, 2023

Celebration of Life at 1:30 PM. Viewing will be from 2 PM - 4 PM and 6 PM - 8 PM.

Cremation will be private.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her loving daughter.
