Richard Allen Rall, 76, of West Melbourne, FL died Wednesday 02/05/14 at the Life Care Center of Melbourne Florida. Richard was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Waukegan, Illinois later in life. He joined the United States Navy serving twenty-two and a half years and retiring as a Master Chief. In 1978 he moved to West Melbourne, Fl, with his wife Betty, where he enjoyed golfing and became a big sports fan. Richard attended First Baptist Church of Melbourne where he was an active member. He leaves to mourn two sons Patrick Degunion of West Melbourne, Fl and Frank Degunion of Wausau, Wisconsin one daughter Debra Morton of Melbourne, Fl. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Sue Rall. The family would like to thank the staff of the Life Care Center of Melbourne, Fl for their loving care. Service will be held at Fountainhead Funeral Home Chapel of Peace Monday February 17th at 2:00 pm.
