He was predeceased by his wife, Mary G. Vaughn, and one son, William Vaughn. He is survived by his wife, Martha Jean Vaughn of Simpsonville, South Carolina, son, Reverend John Vaughn of Pearl City, Hawaii and daughter, Sandra Bailey of Palm Bay, Florida. He had seven stepchildren, 31 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
The family will receive friends Friday, July 8th, at Fountainhead Funeral home from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 9th, at 1:00 at Fountainhead Memorial Park.
