Chris - I'm so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I remember her well from the Pine City Schools days and always referring to her affectionately as "Ma" Powers. She was a great lady and will be missed by all that knew her. God be with you and your family.

My grandson and I enjoyed many visits with Miss Rose over the last ten years at our community pool. She was a grand lady, and we will miss her very much. Our lasting memory of her will be her face lighting up when she saw my grandson two weeks ago, after he had been away for a year.

She was so very proud of her family. We hope that happy memories of her will bring you comfort as you mourn your loss.
