Russell T. White

He was born February 13, 1922 in Providence, Rhode Island and graduated from Brown University, Providence in 1944.

Mr. White was a retired Navy Commander serving in the Atlantic and Pacific areas during WWII. He had been a resident of Lakeview Terrace since 2005. He was employed by the New England Telephone Company for 35 years prior to retirement as District Manager.

He was a member of St. Elizabeth’s Episcopal Church in Sebastian, Florida; a member of the Lions Club in Barefoot Bay, Florida; the Telephone Pioneers of America; Friends of the Library in Micco, Florida; and a Volunteer with the Vero Beach and Indian River County Humane Society.

Member of his family include his children from his first marriage with Loris E. White: Russell White II of Chicopee, Massachusetts, Bethany Bollerman of Mahwah, New Jersey, and Melanie Kiniry of Westfield, Massachusetts; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wives, Ruth T. White and Mary E. White.

The graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on October 1, 2020 at Fountainhead Memorial Park, 7303 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida 32909.
