Ruth Ellen Luce, 85 died Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Palm Rehabilitation and Health Care in Palm Bay, Florida. She was born in Johnson City, New York and came to Barefoot Bay in 1985 from Illinois. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Episcopal Church in Sebastian, FL.
Ruth is survived by her children, Frank Luce, Yvonne Dunigan, and Diane DeWitt, her sister Dawn French, seven grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, three step-great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
