He was born in Castellamare del Golfo, Sicily. He moved to Brevard County from Islip Terrace, New York.
Salvatore is survived by his wife of 60 years, Telca Pecorella; sons Philip, Joseph, Salvatore, Anthony, and daughter Maryann; grandchildren Jamie, Adriana, Danielle, Nicole, Salvatore, Kady, Anna, Jenna, Thomas, Anthony, Alessia; great grandchildren Joseph, Bethany, Alex, Camillo, Jesse.
A Memorial Mass will be held 11:00am, Friday, September 30, 2016 at St. Lukes Catholic Church, Barefoot Bay.
