I feel blessed to have seen her and visit just a couple of weeks before she passed. We had a nice visit and even though we didn't go out to eat for fear of viruses, she still found a way to pay for lunch. There were a few times I was able to pay for a meal and I will miss trying to do that. I will miss hearing her say give Cate and Hazel a hug and a kiss for her at the end of a phone call. I will miss her peanut butter and pie crust Thanksgiving treats and cheese sandwiches. Most of all I will miss her. Love you Mom.

Rich and family our thoughts are with you at this time of your loss of Sheila. We have known Sheila for 30 years. Our get together's in Palm Beach County had become a regular thing, which we so enjoyed. Sheila's Artichoke Cheese Dip right out of the oven was always a major hit! Only after we moved to North Florida 3 years ago, we no longer had our get together's, but stayed in touch weekly by phone. Sheila will be missed by many people.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Sheila. We had only recently met Sheila, when I reconnected with my first cousin, Richard, after 53 years. Sharon and I spent four wonderful hours with Sheila and Richard. Sheila “grabbed” the restaurant check from me when I wasn’t looking and gave me such a look. I loved it!!! Classy Lady!!

We are so happy that we got to meet Sheila and spend time with her. Our deepest condolences go out to Richard and to her family and friends.

My mom meant the world to me and I will miss her. She was so strong through her battle but always managed to have a smile. She was so thoughtful and always thought of others before herself.

I will miss her laughter. I will always be jealous of her green thumb and ability to attract butterflies 🦋 and squirrels 🐿!

She was a good mom and devoted grandma. I have so many wonderful childhood memories with her and I will treasure them. But I am comforted knowing that she is no longer in pain. That she has a brand new body and she is at the feet of God with her mom and dad.

Richard, we know you lost the love of your life, and we lost a dear friend. Words can’t express the sadness in our hearts. Sheila is soaring with her butterfly’s right now and I’ll think of her fondly when the milkweed blooms and the new butterflies emerge. 🦋
Our prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. 🙏

With the passing of my only sister, the world has lost a kind and gentle woman who will be missed by all who knew her.

She was so much like our father. In her 76 years I never heard her raise her voice in anger. She was a good wife and mother. She was considerate of others and their feelings. She loved animals and nature. A lot of little 'critters' will also miss her.

Due to circumstances and distance, our only contact for the past 14 years was our phone chats every few weeks. I really enjoyed our talks. We reminisced about our childhood years, the fun times we shared as well as our hopes for the future. She never complained about things, just hoped that the next day would be a good one.

Her passing has left a void. I am sure she would want us all to follow in her footsteps with gentleness and kindness to those in our lives. Remember her in your prayers. She will be greatly missed.

Sheila has been in my life for 50 wonderful years. Our friendship grew as the years went by. The laughs we shared raising our children. Her love of flowers and excitement of watching a butterfly emerge from a chrysalis. I will miss her smile but the memories are forever. The pain and suffering Sheila has had to go thru are over and she is the arms of a greater being. My prayers go out to her family.
