Tobais, affectionately known as “Bob,” was born in Valdosta, Georgia on January 9th to Delores Smith and Daryl House. At the age of eight he gave his life to Christ and was baptized at Thomas Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Valdosta, GA. He was educated in the Valdosta Public School System and graduated from Valdosta High School, home of the Wildcats “Bleeding Black and Gold.” Tobais was joined in holy matrimony to Tanisha Jenkins on April 17, 2004 in Sasser, GA. They settled in Palm Bay, Florida where Tobais was employed by Rockwell Collins. Tobais departed this life on November 7, 2018 at Palm Bay Hospital.
Tobais was preceded in death by great grandmother Willie Mae Allen, grandmother Viney Pearl House, three uncles Louis Allen, Daryl Allen, and Adam Reese, father-in-law Norman Wiggins, mother-in-law Betty Wiggins, and brother-in-law Bruce Eric Jenkins.
