Welton Tapper

Welton E. Tapper, 83, of Palm Bay, Florida passed away June 18, 2012. He was born in St. Ann, Jamaica, W.I. on May 5, 1929. He had a passion for music, photography and gardening. He is survived by his wife Estelle (Peggy), his children Gordon and Elise, his sister Fay, and brother John.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Fri. June 29, 2012 at the Fountainhead Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock St. SE., Palm Bay, FL 32909. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Palm Bay United Methodist Church, 2100 Port Malabar Blvd. NE, Palm Bay, Florida 32905.
