Carol Barbara Windsor Swope,56, of Palm Harbor, passed away June 22, 2012. She was born in Newark, NJ, and moved to Richmond, VA, in 1965. She was employed by the Bank of Virginia before moving to Florida in 1981. Carol was a loving wife and mother, and a talented artist and crafter. She was predeceased by her parents, Carl W. Windsor, Jr., and Estelle C. Windsor. She is survived by her husband, Jim; son, Brandon; daughter, Ashleigh; brothers Bob (Gina) Windsor and Greg (Valerie Moss) Windsor; and stepmother Joyce Windsor.
