Culhane, Charles R., 78, of Palm Harbor passed away Nov 28th. He was the owner of Vertical Blind in Palm Harbor. Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Iona; children Julie, Vickie, Tom; stepchildren Carolyn, Larry; brother James; and 9 grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday 2-4 & 6-8 with a Funeral service Thursday at 11 all at the funeral home.
