James Merill Sparks Sr.

James "Sparky" Merill Sparks, Sr. ,71, of Clearwater, Fl passed Saturday May 12, 2012. Preceded in death by his parents, Pleasant C. Sparks and Emma Jean Hunt, his sister, Patricia Lou Reed and brother-in-law Robert Reed of Dayton,Oh.. Survived by brother, Gary M. Sparks of Enon, Oh., sister, Adelia Faye Dalton and brother-in-law, John Dalton of Franklin, Oh.. Surviving children, Mark and Louisa Sparks of Clearwater, Fl., James and Melissa Sparks of Arcanum, Oh., William and Lori Sparks of Union, Oh., Tamela Sparks of Greenville, Oh. and Christine Sparks of Arcanum, Oh.. James is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 8 Great grandchildren. James honorably served our Naval Forces. He retired from the American workforce in Machine Maintenance Engineering. James enjoyed quality time fishing, boating and enjoying the outdoors with his friends and family. He will be dearly missed by many.
