Patricia Nichols

Patricia(Gregory) Nichols was born June 19, 1933 in Lansing and passed away in Palm Harbor, Florida on July 23, 2011 at the age of 78. She attended schools in Armada and West Branch and graduated from East Lansing High School in 1951. She met the love of her life, Larry M. Nichols in high school and they were married on September 3, 1952. When her husband was called to service during the Korean War, they were stationed at Fort Knox, KY. and shared a small apartment off base. Upon their return to Lansing Pat was employed in the office at Fisher Body. Pat loved music and spent many happy hours at her Lowry Organ and after they bought a condo in Florida one of the first things she had to have in her new residence was a new piano. After her husband's retirement from Oldsmobile, they were true "snow birds" and spent their winters in Florida. Pat was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her Mother and is survived by her husband Larry, her sister Joan Finch, Brother in law Edmund Finch of Palm Harbor, FL. and a nephew and his wife, Greg Finch and Terry and their son, Andrew of Waterford, CT. Private services were held in Florida and Interment will be in Deepdale Cemetery in Lansing at a later date.
