Born to James and Victoria Turner on May 11th, 1944 in New Orleans, Louisiana, Louis was a devoted husband, father, brother and friend who’s humor, sage advice, strength and kindness left an unforgettable mark on all who knew him. He shared over 30 years of dedicated service at Lockheed Martin before retiring in 2006.
Louis is survived by his wife, Toni Turner, his children Deneeta, Tika, Donna and Christian; his step children, Keisha, Meddie, Kesa and Aisha and his brother’s Raymond and Alfred. He also leaves behind countless grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will carry on his legacy of love.
A true family man, Louis (often lovingly referred to simply as “Joe”) found joy in the simple things — watching his favorite westerns, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and spending time with those he loved most.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered
