Thomas Russell Holland Jr

Beloved Son, Husband, Father and Grandfather. Dad was born in Minneapolis, MN on 03/20/1944 and passed away at his home in Lancaster, CA on 12/05/2020

He was a SSG in the US Army for 11 years, then a fireman for the US Government for 25 years before retiring in 1997.

Dad was loved by many and preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Ruby Holland. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Marilyn, and his former wife of 22 years (the mother of his children) Cheryl. His son Russell and his wife Isabel, his daughter Bonnie and her husband Ryan. His sisters Rosemarie and her husband Chuck, and Christine and her husband Ken. His grandchildren, Katie , Kaylie, Jayden, Sarah, Claire and Ethan.

To my father, you lived a good and honorable life.... 76 years is an accomplishment. You battled many ailments and survived. In the end you kept fighting. But, now your journey has come to an end... you are in heaven now with grandma and grandpa and you are watching over us all. Like I told you the last time I saw you, this isn't goodbye. I will see you again.... I just don't know when. It's all in God's time and hands

We love you dad! You will be truly missed by your family... but... you will live on in our memories and our hearts. Your time on earth is finished, but your journey is not finished. Your life and legacy will live on in your children and grandchildren.
