My late but sincere condolences to Tim’s family. Tim’s friendship and love was a key  highlight of my youth. His humor and wit made an impression on me in high school and my parents loved him too. 
He joined us on family vacations to Catalina, and we shared a love of the ocean, swimming and snorkeling in that bay and along the coast. I remember clearly him exclaiming how diving around the Catalina kelp beds was the “coolest thing ever!”
Long after our trails split and just after the Pet Oasis was gone, I passed through Lancaster and saw Tim again. I was delighted to know he had a boat and how happy he was continuing in his pursuit of life on the water. Now reading these tributes here, learning how Tim vacationed in Hawaii and had so much fun sharing the snorkeling and swimming skills, I’m remembering what a solid character and sharp mind he possessed and am sure he  passed those best traits along. 
We are all better for having had Tim and his generous smile in the world.  He is for certain gone too soon.

I didn't in my adulthood but heard many stories of your pet store.
I remember my dad had quite the fish tank with seahorses. He told me that you and your pet store taught him this awesome hobby.

Grandpa Tim. You left too soon. I wanted you to watch me grow up.... I am almost there. Did you know how cool I always thought you were? 
My grandpa Tim could keep up with my dad when they would go diving in Kona. Grandma Susan and I played safely on shore...until Grandpa Tim taught Grandma Susan to swim and snorkel. 
I remember his pet store and getting to play with the new puppies. He always shared a funny joke and looked at the world with a smile on his face. Grandma Susan - don't be sad, because now when you go snorkeling in Maui or Kona, you have an angel swimmimg next to you ...to make sure no sharks come around. 

Wassup Cuz!
Tim had a timeshare on Maui at the Maui Schooner. Well it just so happened that it was just down the street from his Aunty Grace (my mom). My sister and I were so excited when he came because we got to see him and swim in the pool. Years later my family was fortunate enough to join Tim and Susan at the beach for their wedding. I will always remember his joyous personality and his amazing ear to ear smile.

We all grew up together  on Higbee  Avenue.  Had loads of  fun  my brother,  Terry ( gone also) and all us Anderson  Tribe lols.  I will miss you Tim but I am sure we will all meet up again in Heaven. 

Tim was one of my best freinds to me and my family. He would always speak what was on his mind and he had a great sarcastic sense of humor. Ive known him all my life. My family and i would always go down to his boat to go fishing and he would let me drive his boat which i thought was pretty cool. In the past few years i grew a closer bond with him. I helped him relandscape his yard, i washed his car for him, and he made me a windchime out of stuff he found in the ocean. He and i both had creative minds and i was glad i was able to have that kind of bond with him. We saw eye to eye on many things. Hes been there for my family through thick and thin. I will miss you so much and Tim. R.I.P

Unkle Tim, from the moment Kasey brought you and Susan into our lives you are a man we could never forget, from your sarcastic humor to the deep love you hid behind jokes, you were and will always be someone so special to all of us. The girls will forever remember you for not only the beautiful fishes you had, but also for being the unkle that sat there and smelled endless lipbalms deciding which one were best... You took Kasey fishing and I'll never forget that phone call as you tried to reassure me everything would be ok, and Kasey was so upset because the waters were so rough he thought he wouldn't come home. But you made sure you two would make it .  Thank you Tim, because it takes a village to raise a child and I know my loving husband wouldn't be who he is today without a kitty of you in him ♥️

Tim was a good friend of mine and my family. He is well known for his sarcastic sense of humor which always kept us all laughing. He loved the ocean and was an avid diver. I will always remember the weekend bike rides we used to do along the beach starting in Marina Del Rey as well as trips to Catalina where he would dive, catch lobster then we’d have barbecued steak and lobster right on his boat! 
My family and I will miss him dearly 

My uncle Tim I love you . What a great man/uncle and friend. I will always be reminded of you by the ocean the smell of the sea and the sound of a petstore or whenever I see a fascinating animal. The fish trips as a kid/adult will forever be cherished thank you...and I will have a blue plate special from the store in your honor ..i love you MY Tim until we meet again  (blue plate special is the fish section at the store) our inside joke 

Tim and I were in the same kind of business and years ago I would run into him at LA airport.  He was always nice and I know hard working.
He loved his family.  I know how much attention he gave kaylynn and helped Kathy.
What a wonderful person and back bone to the family.

My brother, my best friend.  He was the most amazing man I know. Touched so many people. The love he gave was never ending. Tim left us way to soon, I will never understand. He will be forever missed and loved.
