wife of 25 yrs Juanita Ramos and two children
Alexis Reyna Basulto, Carlos (Sonny) Basulto.
Carlos was the most loving person anyone
came across, his smile lit any room and every heart.
He accepted everyone with open arms and believed
blood does not determine family.
He will be remembered for his famous BBQing, pop-locking,
and ability to make anyone laugh.
His memory will live on and he surely will never be forgotten.
May he rest in the highest of powers.
