

Alan had a passion for life and embraced every opportunity to experience it. He loved to travel, He had a love for good food and enjoyed sharing meals with the people he cared about. A devoted music lover and movie buff, he could always appreciate a great song or movie.
He found joy in life's simple pleasures, especially spending time with animals and taking long walks. A dedicated Philadelphia Phillies fan and wrestling enthusiast, he never missed an opportunity to cheer on his favorite teams and enjoy the sports he loved.
From an early age, he was actively involved in the Boy Scouts, where he developed values of service, leadership, and friendship that remained with him throughout his life. He also proudly participated as a Mummer, embracing the tradition, camaraderie, and spirit of the community.
Known for his generous heart, he was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Whether offering support, encouragement, or simply being there for someone, his kindness and compassion touched countless lives.
Above all, he was a wonderful brother, a faithful friend, and someone who was truly loved by all who knew him. His warmth, generosity, sense of humor, and love for others will be remembered forever.
Alan was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald & Harriet Cooper.
He is survived by, his sister Fay Cooper, brother-in-law, Charlie Casamento, nephew Kevin Embrey and niece Heather Embrey, his aunt Helene Goldberg, cousins Larry Goldberg and Francine (Mike) Danenhower, along with the Masino and Zeoli families, as well as many other friends and relatives.
Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and everyone fortunate enough to have known him.
