I first met Ang my first year of school at University of Colorado when we worked together at the Black Eyed Pea. I visited her many times in Allenspark, CO. When she went off to Ghana, we stayed in touch writing letters back and forth often. Through time and distance, we lost touch and I am so sad to hear of her passing. She touched my life and I always knew she would make an incredible difference in the lives of many others. Angie will always have a special place in my heart along with the fond memories. My condolences to all. Sincerely, Kelly Wright

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Zahniser and Jamie,
The loss of Angela is almost unbearable. I've only known her a very short time since she came to the Philadelphia area for treatment. She is truly a special person and never gave up the fight or hope. She inspired each and every one of us in her "group" as she fought with determination and tenacity. After reading about her career accomplishments, her volunteer service and the establishment of the medical center in Ghana, it brought to light the full picture of how special she is. In her very short life, she accomplilshed more than most of us could only hope. My sincerest sympathies for your loss.
Sincerely,

Lindy Lhamon

Gary, I was so saddened to hear of the passing of Angie after her long, hard fight. I am inspired by your strength and resilience and you have helped me with the recent diagnosis of my father's cancer and given me hope that my family will have the same courage to face the long road ahead.
