Charles Henry “Big Lou” Burton, Jr. passed away a day after his 76th birthday, May 13, 2016 with his family surrounding him. He was born May 12, 1940 in Darby, Pennsylvania. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 57 years, Pearl Burton; six supportive children, Brenda Daniely, Carmen (Thomas) Johnson, Beverly, Louie and Elgina Burton, and Crystal (Shawn) Driggins; 19 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister Juanita Bailey; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends. A visitation will be held from 8-11am on Friday, May 20th, with the funeral service to follow. Both services at Temple Baptist Church, 736 W. 7th Street, Chester, PA.
