

They were the memorable trademark of Connie Anne Francisco (nee Basilio), who passed away April 10 after a brave, yet bitter, battle with cancer. She was 67 years old. Connie was an extraordinarily beautiful person with a heart of gold. She loved life and lived it with grace, fortitude and an unwaveringly positive spirit. Her laughter could light up a room. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Born Dec. 10, 1958, Connie attended Archbishop John Carroll High School and worked most recently as the Office Administrator and CFO for the Nicolson Law Group in Radnor, PA.
She is survived by her husband, Ridgely Francisco; her son, Robert Tarbuck; and her sisters, Jeanne Brady (Todd) and Maryanne Covington (David). She is also survived by her nieces, Lianne Covington, Jessica Van Meter, and Michaela Batten; sister-in-law, Dina Basilio; stepdaughters, Lauren Proud (Alan) and Stacey Sykes (Bill); and four beautiful grandchildren, Aidan and Chloe Proud and Ollie and Emily Sykes, who will carry their “Nonnie Connie” forever in their hearts.
Connie was predeceased by her brother, Michael, and was the daughter of the late Michael and Eva Basilio of Havertown, PA.
A memorial and celebration of Connie’s life will take place at Alleva Funeral Home, Inc., 1724 East Lancaster Ave, Paoli, PA 19301, US, on April 16, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A service will be held at 6:00pm.
