Cynthia S. Belliveau

Cynthia S. (née Wagoner) Belliveau, Ph.D., of West Chester, PA passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 9th, 2022. Cindy was the daughter of the late Harold E. Wagoner and Ruth C. Wagoner, and was the wife of Stephen Wayne Belliveau, and a loving mother to Suzanne, Stephanie, and Samantha.

Cindy was a Professor of Practice in the Adult Organizational and Development department at Temple University, and a long-term active member and Deacon of Trinity Presbyterian Church. Having started three nonprofits: Partners for Youth, the Pennsylvania Alliance for Character Education (PACE), and the Pennsylvania Service Learning Alliance (PSLA), service was at the core of her life’s work.

Cindy was also very involved in serving her community through various roles at organizations such as A.R.C.H., Girl Scouts, PTA, and Unite For HER. She loved animals of all shapes and sizes (especially her beloved cat Moo Moo), creative crafting, cooking and entertaining, the beach, and of course her family - spoiling them as much as possible.
