David Allen Stroud of New Castle, DE and Port St Lucie, FL, beloved husband of Nancy and loving father to Nicole Pennell, Jacky Arthur and husband Chris, Daniel Stroud and wife Erica, Jonathan Stroud and step children Cristi Cornell, Nicole Malinowski and husband Patrick, and Tricia Cornell passed away at home on Thursday November 4, 2021 at the age of 74 surrounded by his family.
Dave is survived by his wife, children and nine grandchildren: Justin and Andrew Pennell, Celladean and Vincent Arthur, Taylor, Ellie, Corey and Nolan Stroud, and Vivian Malinowski.
A celebration of life will be held in Dave’s honor on Saturday, November 13th at The Torbert Room, located on the 2nd floor at The Washington Street Ale House, 1206 Washington Street, Wilmington, Delaware. Friends and family welcome from 1-5 PM.
