Esther Rae Stetson

"Rae" was the wife of Lawrence ( Lawrie) B. Stetson of Chesterbrook for 33 wonderful years.

Rae was born in Maryland in 1938 and moved to Pennsylvania in her early years. She graduated from Marple Newtown Senior High School in 1957. Rae was active in Alcoholics Anonymous for over 50 years and sponsored countless individuals through this wonderful healing with a loving and nurturing heart..She had a great love for her family, friends, reading, history, nature and the joy of life itself.

She was extremely loving and generous to her family and is lovingly survived by her husband Lawrie Stetson of Chesterbrook PA, Her Sisters Alta Andreas and Husband Gert, and Jackie Kunigus, sons David Smith Low Jr, his partner Terri Morrill & Lonny Charles Low and his partner Terri Fellows, Daughter in Law Shelley Low, Step sons John Stetson and his wife Jackie & David Stetson and his Partner John Labrie, and 6 Grandchildren, Jessica Low, Jennifer Low, Joshua Low, Kristen Low, Laura Schmitt and Amanda Bailey, 5 great grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was a loving wife, Mother, Sister, daughter, grandmother and friend.

There will be an online memorial site and live virtual gathering for family and friends wherever they are to be announced soon.
