Frank A. Lemma

Frank was the son of the late Anthony and Rose (Mazzi) Lemma. He was pre-deceased by his sister Janet Manion and nephew 1st Lieutenant Travis Manion. Frank is survived by his loving wife Maria (Antrilli), his children Michelle (Kevin) Ries and Anthony. He was Pop-Pop to his four grandchildren, Sofia & Abby Ries and Olivia & Brendan Lemma. Also survived by his brother Joe, sister Annette (Jim) Arcuri and brother-in-law Tom Manion.

Growing up in Howellville, Frank attended Conestoga High School where he played football as an Offensive Guard, Defensive Lineman, and Kicker, holding multiple records for most extra points and longest kick for years. After graduation Frank went on to serve in the Army. Frank later made his home in Wayne, PA where he and his wife Maria of 50 years raised their family.

Frank was a retired supervisor from Triumph Controls. He was an avid golfer for years and played with his many relatives and childhood friends. He was a lifelong parishioner of Our Lady of the Assumption. Frank enjoyed cooking and took on the job full time at home after retirement. He loved to make people happy through food but his greatest joy in life was doting on his grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to Frank’s Visitation 10-11 AM on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Our Lady of the Assumption, 35 Old Eagle School Road, Strafford, PA, followed by Funeral Mass at 11 AM and Interment at OLA.
