Frederick Joseph DiMonte

Frederick Joseph DiMonte, 87, died peacefully at his home in Malvern on Monday, March 13, 2023. Frederick was predeceased by his beloved wife, Florence. He was the beloved father to Elaine DiMonte and Susan DiMonte Consalvi (Jeff) and loving grandfather to Matthew and Kurt Miller. Freddy is survived by his sister Evelyn Barbato, and extended family including sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.

His professional career was spent as an electrician at Burroughs Corporation in Paoli, and Inside Sales at Colonial Electric in King of Prussia.

Freddy enjoyed golfing, trips to the casino, playing cards with his friends, dancing, carpentry, his skill with commercial engraving projects, and enjoying the sunshine, but most importantly spending time with his grandsons who were his pride and joy.

He was always ready and willing to help others and will be remembered as a kind and decent man who was admired and looked up to by many people whose lives he influenced along the way.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St Norbert’s Church, 6 Greenlawn Road, Paoli, Pennsylvania at 11am on Monday, March 27, 2023. Visitation will be held at the Church from 10am -11am.

Interment of Ashes at Saint Monica Cemetery, Berwyn following Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Lung Association and The American Diabetes Association.
