Gabriele D'Antonio

He was born on March 24, 1948, in Fara San Martino, Province of Chieti, in Abruzzo, Italy to his parents, Adelina D’Ascanio & Antonio D’Antonio.

Gabriele graduated from Conestoga and Chester County Technical School in 1970, with a degree in Commercial Printing. Gabriele went on to work for Anro Printing for 47.5 years.

Gabriele & Barbara (Nangle) D’Antonio were to be married for 52 years this coming June 9th. Gabriele & Barbara enjoyed spending summers in Italy with family & friends. Gabriele enjoyed walking in the mountains of Italy, taking several walks daily with his daughter Danielle of Coatesville or his Paoli friends. He was always working on home improvements or car projects, and he liked to build things like a stone wishing well for the front yard or a deck on the side, etc.

Gabriele is survived by his loving wife Barbara, his daughter Danielle of Coatesville, PA, his son & daughter-in-law Michael & Ann (Nguyen-Pham) D’Antonio, his grandson Aaron of Katy, TX, his 3 sisters, Filomena (D’Antonio) Di Falco of Fara San Martino Italy, Anna (D’Antonio) Di Giacomo of San Del Sangro, Italy, Rosa (D’Antonio) DiSciullo, of Fara San Martino, and many Nieces & Nephews In Italy & the USA.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Gabriele can be made to The Parkinson’s Foundation (Parkinson.org/give) or to St. Padre Pio (Via DeNunzio N 13 71013 San Giovanni, Rotando, Italia)

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 7th at Church of the Good Samaritan (212 W Lancaster Ave, Paoli, PA 19301). A visitation will begin at 11:30am, with the service to follow at 12:00pm.
