I was saddened to hear of Mr. Bent's passing.  He was truly one of the finest gentlemen that I had the pleasure of working for at Conrail.  My condolences to Mrs. Bent and the entire family.

I had the privilege of working with George in the Labor Relations Department at Conrail. He was simply the best.  My condolences to the family.
