Gilda M. Mingione

Gilda M. (Fazzini) Mingione, age 82, of Wayne, formerly of Downingtown, on July 6, 2012. She was the wife of the late Calvin D. Mingione, and is survived by 7 children (Richard of Naperville, IL, Jerry of Philadelphia, Joanne Jones of Milford, MI, Mary Ellen Barbella of Malvern, Matthew of Conshohocken, Louise Prevost of West Chester, Dolores Ninerell of Mount Laurel, NJ) and 17 grand children. Gilda was a graduate of Downingtown High School and the Chester County Hospital School of Nursing. She was a member of St. Isaac Jogues Church where she served as a Eucharistic minister for many years. In her retired years she enjoyed time with her family and friends playing bridge. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Tuesday, July 10, at 10 AM at St. Isaac Jogues Church in Wayne. A viewing will be held at 9 AM in the church. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Downingtown. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Society of St. Vincent de Paul (www.svdpusa.org)
