

He proudly dedicated 25 years of his career to EDA Contractors, where he was known for his hard work, loyalty, and friendships.
Ian had a passion for life that was contagious. Whether he was riding his Harley-Davidson on the open road, relaxing around a campfire with family and friends, or cheering on his beloved Philadelphia Eagles every football season, he embraced every moment. He never met a stranger who he didn’t leave with a lasting impression of his kindness, warmth, and unforgettable personality. He was affectionately known as the “life of the party,” always ready with a joke, a smile, or a helping hand. His infectious laughter, generous spirit, and larger-than-life personality brought joy to everyone around him and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Ian was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Pollini and maternal and paternal grandparents.
Ian is lovingly remembered by his beloved wife, Julia Pollini; his mother and stepfather Helen and Mike Rehrig; his siblings; Anna Pollini, Paul Jackson (Sue) and Caitlyn Bungo (Chris); his nieces and nephews, Aaron, Gienna, Connor, Joseph, Lucy, Lilyannah, and Jayce; and his great-nephew and niece Liam and Gemma. His love for his nieces and nephews was unwavering, and the special bond he shared with each of them will forever remain in their hearts. His love for his family will remain in our hearts forever.
A Celebration of Ian’s Life will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at St. Anthony’s Lodge, 259 Church Street, Downingtown, PA 19335. 4pm-6pm Immediate family or by invitation 6-8 all are welcome Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate the life of a man whose kindness, humor, and generous spirit touched so many.
