I shared an office with Jerry at Elite Realty in Knoxville and I must say he was the nicest man. I was a new agent and he was always willing to help me and others in the office. Later on I worked with him again at Rocky Top Realty, same nice man who was very nice and well liked. I was so sorry to read of his passing when I read his brother Joel's obituary today. They will be playing ball of some sort in Heaven now.
