Jesse was born on September 15, 1953 in Swarthmore, PA and was a resident of Ridley Park, PA.
Jesse served in the United States Army in the rank of sergeant for twenty years, including the Gulf War and Operation Desert Storm, and as a Fire Police Captain for Tinicum Township. He was also a Civil War re-enactor, and played a Confederate soldier because “they didn’t need any more Indians”.
He is survived by Susan, his wife, his three children, Tabitha, Christopher, and Jesse Jr., and by his ten grandchildren.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM, at Christ Episcopal Church, 104 Nevin St., Ridley Park, PA 19078, followed by a small reception.
