She was a long-time resident of Paoli, PA and West Chester, PA.
Joan Eaves was born on July 19, 1928, in Philadelphia, PA. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Chestnut Hill College and her master’s degrees from Temple University and Penn State University.
Joan was preceded in death by her husband, Francis and her daughter, Marybeth Kirlin.
Joan is survived by her daughter Francine (John) Ranft and her son-in-law, Michael Kirlin.
A visitation is scheduled for Friday, November 28, 2025, at St. Patrick Church (Malvern, PA) starting at 10:30am with mass to follow at 11:00am. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Chestnut Hill College, Chestnut Hill, PA in Joan’s name.
