Justino G. Norcini

Justino (Gus) Gabriel Norcini, 90, of Berwyn, PA, passed away peacefully at home the evening of Monday, August 2, 2021 surrounded by family and friends. He was born at home in Strafford on January 23, 1931, the son of Joseph and Concetta (Galeone) Norcini.

Gus graduated from Tredyffrin/Easttown High School in 1948. In 1951, he joined the Air Force where he was an Airman First Class stationed at Fairchild Air Force Base in Spokane, WA. Gus and his brothers Joseph, Fiore, and Tony co-owned a general contracting business, Joseph Norcini & Sons.

He was a lifetime member of Our Lady of Assumption Roman Catholic Church, where he also served as an altar boy. Gus loved his family and looked forward to the many family gatherings, especially the annual Fourth of July Norcini reunion. He also enjoyed gardening, solving word puzzles, and watching football.

Gus is survived by his loving wife of 66 years Susan (LeBoutillier) and his 5 children – Jeff and wife Judi McDowell of Tallahassee, FL; Diane Kelly and Richard Stentz of Paoli, PA; Martin and wife Susana of Coral Gables, FL; Ray and wife Denise Dorsey of Marlton, NJ; Bill and wife Heather of Paoli, PA; 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends may call on Friday, August 6, 2021 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Assumption Roman Catholic Church, 35 Old Eagle School Road, Strafford, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Washington Memorial Chapel Cemetery, Valley Forge, PA.
