Born July 21, 1927 in Clifton Heights, Lillian was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Lillian (DiPrinzio) Liberato.
Lillian graduated from Tredyffrin-Easttown High School and was a dedicated member of St. Patrick’s parish in Malvern. Lillian was a wonderful cook and baker, working for many years at K.D. Markley and Great Valley schools in their cafeteria as a lunch lady who was proud to say her sandwich lines were some of the longest. One of Lillian’s greatest joys was being a loving wife and caring mother to her family, as well as spending time with her friends.
Lillian is preceded by her husband, Nicholas Aquilante, Sr., her son, Nicholas Aquilante, Jr., her brother, Louis Liberato, and sister Margaret Squitiere. She is survived by her daughters, Marianne Caccavo, and her husband Remo, Regina DiMidio, and her husband Leonard, and her son David Aquilante, as well as five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and her brother, Nicholas Liberato.
As a precaution to the COVID-19 virus, a private graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 18 for immediate family only at Philadelphia Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Lillian’s name to St. Patrick’s Church, 104 Channing Avenue, Malvern, PA 19355.
