Mary Suzanne Litzenberger

October 21, 2018. She was born and raised in Chicago where she married the love

of her life, C. Kenn Litzenberger. She lived in Pittsburgh for a short time and in

Paoli for the past 38 years. She truly enjoyed her career as a Registered Nurse,

working for various facilities on the Main Line. More recently, Suzie spent the last

15 years with Paoli Hospital, retiring at age 75. She treasured the many

relationships that were made with co-workers and patients along the way. Suzie

also enjoyed spending time with her family, her cat, watching MSNBC and talking

politics. She will be remembered for inspiring her children and grandchildren to be

fiercely independent, to take a deep interest in the issues facing our world, and to

respect all people. Her family and friends will miss her humor, intellect, honesty,

and most of all her loving spirit. Surviving her in addition to her husband Kenn, are

three children: Kathryn (John) McGrady, Michael (Annah) Litzenberger & Jane

(Bobby) Cronin; six loving granddaughters: Madeline, Sarah, Lily, Grace, Olivia & MacKenzie as well as her beloved cat: Pumpkin. Relatives and friends may call on Sat. Nov. 3, 2018 from 10-11:30AM with a Memorial Service at 11:30AM at Alleva Funeral Home, Inc.: 1724 East Lancaster Ave. Paoli, PA. Burial will be private.
