Born September 25, 1954 in Jamaica, New York and died May 13, 2020 in
Wynnewood, Pennsylvania from complications following a myocardial
infarction.
Survived by wife of 40 years, Karen Krich of Wayne, Pennsylvania; sons
Benjamin Schulman of Wayne and Adam Schulman of Alexandria, Virginia
[Amy Yang]; grandchildren Alexander and Azalea; and sister Jacqueline
Schulman of Oakland Gardens, New York. Predeceased by father David
Schulman and mother Rhoda [Cohn] Schulman.
Michael spent most of his childhood in the borough of Queens,
graduating from Benjamin N. Cardozo High School in 1972. He then moved
to Philadelphia to attend the University of Pennsylvania, from which
he graduated in 1976. He later worked as a financial consultant at
Merrill Lynch for 38 years before retiring in 2016. His interests
included spending time with his family, following the stock market,
traveling, and listening to the Grateful Dead.
