Ronald W. German

Ronald will be remembered for his devotion to his family, his service to his country, and the many friendships he formed throughout his life.

He proudly served in the United States Air Force as a member of Air Rescue, dedicating himself to the service and protection of others. He was also a founding member of BTC Bucktown, where he helped build a lasting sense of community and friendship.

Ronald is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Margaret “Peg” German. He is also survived by his children: Doug German and his wife, Stacia; Gregg German and his wife, Nancy; and Steve German and his wife, Karla.

He leaves behind his grandchildren, Sean German, Drew German, Alyssa Lord and her spouse, William, Coleen German, and preceded in death by Bryan German, along with extended family and many friends who will cherish his memory.

Ronald’s life was defined by family, service, friendship, and community. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, and his memory will remain a lasting part of the lives he touched.

Funeral services will be held privately by the family.
