

Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, on June 26th, 1960, to the late Robert and Apolonia (Gutosky) Pepperling; she was a graduate of Bishop Hoban High School, class of 1978.
After high school, she went on to further her education at Lackawanna Junior College, where she obtained a degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation, Sandra worked at The Woodlands Inn and that is where her love story began after meeting, Kevin.
In 1986, Sandra relocated to Berwyn, PA, to be a live-in caregiver for an elderly woman. In 1987, Sandra and Kevin got married and started their life together in Berwyn, PA. After their marriage, life began to bloom for both Sandra and Kevin, especially when their son Robert was born in 1988. A few years after Robert’s birth, Sandra began her own successful babysitting business and continued to help those needing assistance.
Sandra was an active member of Saint Monica’s Parish, heavily involved in Saint Monica’s Woman’s Club, H.O.P.E (Helping Other People in Emergencies) and Pastoral Council, was also heavily involved in Walking with Purpose and was Judge of Elections in Easttown Township for 16 years.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her father-in-law, James Concannon Sr; brother-in-law, Jerry Mizenko; niece and godchild, Melanie Mizenko; aunts and uncles.
She will forever be in the hearts and minds of those left behind, notably her loving and caring husband of 37 years, Kevin Concannon; her greatest joy Robert and his wife Sari and newest joy, her only grandchild, Chase Cooper; sisters, Mary Ann (Raymond) Grohowski, Susan (Juliana) Mizenko, Roberta (Doug) Cutillo; mother-in-law, Jane Concannon; sister-in-law, Jane (Tom) Burke; brother-in laws, James (Marcy) Concannon, Francis (Maureen) Concannon, Joseph (Dana) Concannon and Sean Concannon; aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews; cousins; her most cherished friend, Linda DeLuca.
Services for Sandie will be held on Friday, June 6th and Saturday, June 7th at St. Monica Church (63 Main Ave, Berwyn, PA 19312)
A viewing will be held at St. Monica Church Friday evening, 6:00pm to 8:00pm (please note the viewing will conclude promptly at 8:00pm)
A viewing will be held Saturday morning, 10:00am to 11:00am at St. Monica Church, with a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 11:00am. Following mass, burial will take place at St. Monica Cemetery. (Due to limited parking at the cemetery, please consider carpooling, if possible).
