Theodore Anthony “Ted” Tate, 71, originally from Broomall, PA more recently of West Chester, PA passed away on Friday June 20, 2014. Ted was the devoted husband of 44 years to Lucy (nee DiCamillo) Tate; loving father of 4 daughters, whom he affectionately referred to as “his girls”: Christine Tate, Angela (Mark) Cupaiuolo, Carolann (JoeyLee) Pierce & Karen Tate and grandfather of 3: Marissa, Anthony & JoeyLee. Ted was predeceased by 1 brother. Also surviving are 4 siblings as well as many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call on Sun. June 29 at Alleva Funeral Home, Inc.: 1724 East Lancaster Ave. Paoli, PA from 5-7PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Mon. June 30 1030AM at SS. Peter & Paul Church: 1327 Boot Rd., West Chester, PA. Burial private by the request of the family.
