What a kind and funny man Vince was. I was the Township receptionist when he worked at the Township. He would stop in to say hello from time to time. He was always so jolly. He couldn't wait to retire and move to Florida. He worked hard for many years and deserved all the happiness that retirement brought him. He loved helping and doing anything for the Garret Hill area. Especially the 4th of July Parade. He will be missed and also remembered as a great man!
